A division of Caldwell Solicitors, we are dedicated Property and Commercial Solicitors who are highly trained and skilled to deal with your property conveyancing transaction. We are conveyancing specialists in Queensland who provide conveyancing services for residential buyers and sellers, commercial property buyers and sellers along with property developers. Caldwell Conveyancing has two offices located in the Gold Coast with the capacity to provide service all over Queensland.

One file manager
You will have one file manager who knows your transaction from the beginning to the end, inside out. We do not pass your file from one department to the next where no one is actually taking responsibility for it. When you phone us to ask a question you will speak to your file manager and they will be able to help you easily. You will not have to explain who you are before you get any answers - your file manager will know who you are.
Not only will you have a dedicated file manager but they will be a highly skilled experienced conveyancer - not someone who doesn’t know what they are doing.
We also provide online conveyancing.
This means that we can take care of your conveyancing no matter where you are in Queensland. You need not miss out on great service and prices just because you are not on the Gold Coast!!
All of our correspondence with you is via phone, fax, email and post. We are available to take your calls and emails 5 days a week and we ensure that you never feel ‘out of the loop’ because of your distance from our office.
Your quote may differ slightly either lower or slightly higher depending on what your council charges for searches.
At present, we do not take any financial transactions over the web. All payments due to us from clients are made by cheque and bank transfer. We take the security of your information very seriously (read our privacy policy).
